Diritto di recesso

 

DIRITTO DI RECESSO

Art. 64 D.Lgs. n. 206 del 06/09/2005

Di seguito vengono descritte quelle che sono le regole adottate da Mg Evolution di Ghirardelli Fabrizio per tutelare il diritto di recesso dei propri clienti (consumatori).

PREMESSA

Il consumatore che ha acquistato prodotti all'interno del negozio di Mg Evolution di Ghirardelli Fabrizio ha diritto di esercitare il diritto di recesso senza alcuna penalità e senza specificarne il motivo, entro e non oltre il termine di 14 (quattordici) giorni di calendario decorrenti dal ricevimento del bene.

PROCEDURA PER L'ERSERCIZIO DEL DIRITTO DI RECESSO

 

1) Invia la richiesta di reso via eMail entro 14 giorni dalla ricezione del tuo ordine

 

2) Invia una raccomandata con ricevuta di ritorno entro 48 ore dall'eMail di richiesta di reso a conferma della stessa.

 

3) Restituisci mediante corriere espresso il bene acquistato.

 

4) Rimborso, Mg Evolution di Ghirardelli Fabrizio ricevuta la merce, e controllata che la stessa sia integra, completa di tutte le sue parti, con gli imballi originali completamente integri e senza alcun danno, rimborserà al cliente l’importo versato entro 14 (quattordici) giorni di calendario dalla data di restituzione.

CONDIZIONI CHE REGOLANO IL DIRITTO DI RECESSO

1) La richiesta di reso deve pervenire entro e non oltre il termine di 14 (quattordici) giorni di calendario dal ricevimento dei beni. La comunicazione di recesso può essere inviata, entro il medesimo termine, anche mediante telegramma e posta elettronica, a condizione che sia confermata a mezzo raccomandata con ricevuta di ritorno entro le 48 ore successive.

2) Il bene va restituito a Mg Evolution di Ghirardelli Fabrizio completo di ogni accessorio, dei manuali di istruzione e di tutto quanto in origine consegnato al cliente, nonché imballato nei suoi involucri originali.

3) Il bene va restituito insieme ad una copia della ricevuta elettronica dell'ordine.

4) Il cliente (consumatore) dovrà restituire la merce, utilizzando un vettore a sua scelta ed a sue esclusive spese.

5) Per l’esercizio del diritto di recesso si richiede la sostanziale integrità dei prodotti da restituire. In caso di deterioramento del bene, il Consumatore è responsabile solo per la diminuzione del valore del bene stesso.

IMPORTANTE

Mg Evolution di Ghirardelli Fabrizio procederà gratuitamente alla trasmissione dell'ordine di riaccredito relativo al costo del bene spedito incluse le spese di spedizione entro 14 (quattordici) giorni di calendario dalla data in cui è stato restituito l'oggetto. Questa operazione verrà effettuata tramite l'istituto di credito di emissione della carta di credito utilizzata per il pagamento ovvero accreditando la somma sul conto corrente bancario indicato dal cliente.

Mg Evolution di Ghirardelli Fabrizio ha il diritto di respingere qualsiasi prodotto restituito con modalità diverse da quelle sopra specificate, così come i prodotti per i quali non siano state integralmente pagate dal cliente le spese di restituzione, oppure non siano state rispettate le modalità e i tempi indicati per la comunicazione dell'esercizio del diritto di recesso.
